Der GR7 bildet
den südwestlichen Teil der europäischen Wanderroute E4 in Spanien. Mit ca. 1900 Kilometer läuft der Weg durch die Regionen Andalusien, Murcia, Valencia und Katalonien. Ausgestattet mit der luxuriösesten Ressource unserer Tage – Zeit – mache ich mich Schritt für Schritt auf die Reise. Von der südlichsten Stadt des europäischen Festlandes, Tarifa in Spanien Richtung Andorra. Nicht um nur Kilometer zu machen, sondern um mit allen Sinnen meinen inneren Rhythmus der Natur und dem Leben anzugleichen. Die Erde unter den Füßen zu spüren und auch mal mit Zeit an Orten zu verweilen.
The GR7 forms
the southwestern part of the European hiking route E4 in Spain. The route runs through the regions of Andalusia, Murcia, Valencia and Catalonia with approx. 1900 kilometers. Equipped with the most luxurious resource of our days – time – I step by step set off on my journey. From the southernmost city on the European mainland, Tarifa in Spain towards Andorra. Not just to make kilometers, but to align with all my senses my inner rhythm to nature and life. To feel the earth beneath my feet and also to spend time in places.
El GR7 forma
la parte suroeste de la ruta europea de excursionismo E4 en España. La ruta atraviesa las regiones de Andalucía, Murcia, Valencia y Cataluña con aproximadamente 1900 kilómetros. Equipado con el recurso más lujoso de nuestros días, el tiempo, paso a paso comienzo mi viaje. Desde la ciudad más al sur del continente europeo, Tarifa en España hacia Andorra. No sólo para hacer kilómetros, sino para ajustar mi ritmo interno con todos mis sentidos a la naturaleza y la vida. Sentir la tierra bajo mis pies y también pasar un rato en los distintos lugares.

The plan was every day post a photo, for those who want to accompany me on my journey. But the pandemic stopped me two weeks later in Ronda. I hope to continue this journey very soon and return to this wonderful land with it’s friendly people
La gira comienza el 7 de marzo de 2020. El plan era publicar todos los días una foto, para quienes quieran acompañarme en mi viaje. Pero la pandemia me detuvo dos semanas después en Ronda. Espero continuar este viaje muy pronto y regresar a esta maravillosa tierra con su gente amigable.
