GR132 Costas de la Gomera
Auf dem GR132 lässt sich die ganze wunderbare Insel La Gomera auf 134 km mit 9200 Höhenmeter umrunden. Jeden Barranco erobern und sich schon auf die nächste Aussicht freue. Die Stille, die nur unterbrochen wird vom Summen der Bienen und dem Zwitschern der Vögel lässt so viel Freude in mir entstehen. Die Nächte einfach draußen unter dem Sternenhimmel sicher und friedvoll geniessen.
Doch um an dieser Tour viel Freude zu haben ist es wichtig sie gut zu planen. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist ein möglichst leichter Rucksack. Leider scheitern viele daran, da sie einfach zu viel mitnehmen. Weiter ist auch immer das Wetter zu beobachten. Gerade hier kann es sehr unterschiedlich auf der Insel sein entsprechend wo du dich befindest. Dann natürlich ist es wichtig genügend Wasser dabei zu haben.

In jeder Bar / Restaurant auf La Gomera bekommst du leckeres Essen und Kaffee. Falls du trotzdem glaubst einen Kocher zu benötigen sind die Kartuschen in jeder Ferreteria in Los Cristianos erhältlich.
On the GR132 you can circle the whole wonderful island of La Gomera on 134 km with 9200 meters of altitude. Conquer every barranco and look forward to the next view. The silence that is only broken by the buzzing of the bees and the chirping of the birds gives me so much joy. Simply enjoy the nights outside under the starry sky safely and peacefully.
But in order to have a lot of fun on this tour, it is important to plan it well. An important point is a backpack that is as light as possible. Unfortunately, many fail because they simply take too much with them. The weather is always to be observed. Especially here it can be very different on the island depending on where you are. Then of course it is important to have enough water with you.
